Great property. Off the beaten path and extremely close to all the downtown. If you’re looking for a decent value of a property and still enjoy all that Nashville has to offer, definitely recommend this place. The property was thoroughly clean with exception of the bedroom, but very very minimal. Such as dusting and small details. Only thing to recommend is having a luggage rack be available for guests. Overall nice property.

Cozy little house, well-maintained. Lighted make-up mirrors in the rooms were a nice touch to facilitate getting ready with just the one bathroom! Minor hiccups were quickly handled by the host, which is always appreciated. Would stay again!
