Parking is right on site, with parking on available on the main level and covered parking available below. There's elevator access on both levels. No hauling your gear across the street:) Hotel style carts are available for guests to use.
Bay County requires all guests to register their vehicle and purchase a parking pass.
For security and privacy, Boardwalk Luxury Condo Association requires guests to purchase wristbands and wear them throughout their stay.
Both are purchased through an app. The parking pass is $50/vehicle and the wristbands are $7 per person, plus tax. We provide the instructions after booking.

We welcome monthly winter guests.
January and February book early every year.

The condo was very clean and exactly as pictured. The host was friendly & very responsive. Checked in on us to make sure everything was going well. The resort was great and you are literally steps away from the beach. Will likely stay here again next t year!

Our stay couldn't have been better! The property is as described, very clean and well kept, the resort has amazing amenities and will revisit soon. The location is steps away from the water and Beach. There's literally something for everyone of any age to enjoy from the kids pool, the Sun deck, the walk-in swimming pool or the three hot tubs. There are food and snack amenities within steps of the pool, drinks available poolside, as well as food. The hosts are amazing! Parking is available within a covered garage or out in the open as you decide. 24-hour a day security provided. Great place to stay!

The location was amazing. The staff at the condo were great. The condo size was good and the host was nice. What was not clear was the fees. I was there for 2 nights and had to pay an additional 61 for parking and paid 28 for wristbands for the 4 of us. Worked out because the pool was amazing. When I arrived to the condo, I noticed a large something inside of the light fixture which looked like a huge bug/spider. I contacted the host to see if someone could remove it, I’m a very terrified of bugs n spiders. I didn’t want to use the bathroom because I was afraid whatever it was would fall on me. I also noticed one of the smoke detectors was hanging from the wall. I also mentioned you the host. Later that same night, the smoke detector in the master room started beeping at 12:30 am. I contacted security to see if they could help. They told me to remove the battery after removing the batteries it continued to beep. I finally disconnected the detector from the wall and it still continued to beep. My friend who was trying to sleep in the other room walked upset at 1:20am because of the constant beeping noise. I had to disconnect another smoke detector and was able to stop the beeping. Did not sleep well. The curtains had not be cleaned in a while. Dust piled up. The host was very responsive and stated he sent over a work order to have someone removed the bug and to replace the batteries. Nothing happened, no one showed up due to an “emergency”with the cleaning crew. The host ap
