The vacation home is located in the quiet community of Cala Pi, in the south of Mallorca. The south-facing house, with ocean views, was built on a plot of approximately 680 m² and is just a few minutes away from the idyllic sandy beach of the bay of the same name, Cala Pi.

All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and heating, which provide comfortable warmth even during the winter months. The vacation home is equipped with high-speed fiber-optic internet access, which is available free of charge for your mobile devices and music streaming. You’ll have good cell phone reception at Casa Feliz. Casa Feliz was lovingly renovated and refurbished from the ground up in 2021/2022. During the renovation, we placed special emphasis on the quality of the materials.

Terraces and Garden – A large terrace featuring an elegantly designed spa pool (approx. 3.24 x 5 m) with a beautiful ocean view and ample space for lounging invites you to relax. On hot days, you’ll feel right at home on the terrace by the pool, where the dragon tree provides pleasant shade. A Weber gas grill is available on the side terrace, which includes a dining area.

The spacious and functional kitchen was manufactured in Germany and professionally installed. Here, you’ll have plenty of room to cook together and enjoy an unforgettable time. A large side-by-side refrigerator with a separate freezer door offers ample storage space for groceries and chilled beverages. The kitchen is fully equipped—more than you’d expect in a vacation home. In addition to a dishwasher, induction stove, range hood, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, and cooking utensils, there is more than enough tableware and glassware.

Relax in the tastefully furnished, open-concept living and dining area. A large flat-screen TV invites you to enjoy cozy evenings watching TV, and there are plenty of games and books available, so you’ll never get bored.
