We would like to warmly welcome you to our romantically and rustically decorated vacation rental, Kurt!
The vacation rental measures approximately 50 m² and can accommodate up to 4 people in two rooms. It features a bedroom for 2 people with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed for two additional people and a built-in kitchenette, as well as a bathroom with a shower and toilet.
Through the mid-19th-century front door—beautifully and faithfully restored—you enter the apartment, which is distinguished by its ceilings over three meters high, a feature characteristic of many manor houses.
The kitchen is equipped with:
- Wooden dining table with four chairs
- Tiled floor in a Mediterranean color with a rug under the dining table
- Kitchenette with ample storage space
- 4-burner stove
- Refrigerator with freezer compartment
- Microwave
- Toaster
- Coffee maker
- Electric kettle
From the bedroom, you enter the bathroom, which features:
- Sink with a built-in hand soap dispenser
- Tissue dispenser
- Shower with a built-in shower gel and shampoo dispenser

Welcome to the Dubnitz Manor House!
At the end of the village road, you’ll see the beautiful manor house, framed by four magnificent linden trees that give the house its distinctive character! You can enjoy this view from every apartment in the house! The entire property, approximately 5,000 m², features a magnificent grove of mature trees, including chestnut, linden, and acacia trees, a large walnut tree, hazelnut bushes, boxwoods, and many different fruit trees. There’s even a natural monument on the grounds! It’s a group of old yew trees consisting of four trees, estimated to be 600-800 years old! It’s a wonderful spot to sit and listen to the sounds of nature. Many birds and even bats feel right at home here, and you can watch them in the evenings.
