This Upscale Condominium really stands out from the others! After purchasing the condo, the new owners took their time to update and remodel to ensure it would become a prime vacation rental! You'll appreciate the modernized kitchen and master suite bath (especially the shower) - and their choices of furnishings and décor. The result is an all-new Towers at Parkview Bay Condominium!
The condo has 3 Bedrooms and 2 Full bathrooms. The master suite features a King bed, a walk-out to the screened deck overlooking the Lake, and a luxurious bath with oversized shower. The second bedroom offers a Queen bed and direct access to the second bath. The third bedroom has a Queen Bed and a Twin air mattress with pump for a child's use. All of the bedrooms have televisions and ceiling fans. The condo sleeps up to 6 adults and up to 7 guests including children.
The Towers offers amenities like no other development at the Lake including an Indoor Pool, Hot Tub, and Sauna, an Exercise Room, a Huge Outdoor Pool with infinity edge, and Elevators erase the need to climb steps no matter where you want to go!
BOATERS: Our 30' Boat Slip is available upon request (an additional fee applies). We can coordinate larger and additional slips depending on availabilty. The slips are those you see in the covered docks behind the building in our photos, all of which are privately-owned requiring specific assignments.
The State Park is just a short drive away and offers very nice ramping facilities as well as short to long-term trailer parking for your Boat or Personal Watercraft Trailer. By water, you'll be on the 2 Mile Marker of the Grand Glaize Arm near the Grand Glaize Bridge! The Bridge is off the 19 MM of the Lake's main channel.
Around the Lake Area, our guests enjoy what seems to be an unlimited list of things to do from taking a Helicopter Tour to playing a round of Golf at one of the many of the fantastic courses the Lake area is known for! There's so much for the kids to do including Go Karting, Mini-Golf, and getting Frozen Custard at Randy's or Andy's! Be adventurous and Hike one of the many State Park Trails or go visit Ha Ha Tonka! There's an abundance of things to do within a short drive Year-Round!

This complex was amazing.... indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub inside. The condo was beautifully decorated and very clean!! The Host Jason was amazing, I just had a few questions and he texted me back right away. I will definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay at the Lake of the Ozarks. The newly remodeled condo was beautiful. Having left snow at home it was wonderful sitting out on the screened in porch watching the boats go by. The indoor pool was spacious and their outdoor pool area will be nice too when it opens for the season.

The description of the property said there was a golf course on site. There wasn't.
Also there was a great deal of noisy maintence work lasting throughout the day on Friday and Saturday.
We were also disappointed during the evenings when it was time to relax and watch some TV that there were no instructions on how to use the Spectrum cable service. Our viewing options were limited at best.
