Discover real Athens and its riviera, in one day.Enjoy privacy, in a calm neighbourhood and easy access to the beach, tram and bus within 4 minutes walking distance. Ideal for those who want to explore the new heart of Athens. Marina Flisvos and its park, Planetarium, New Opera, Nautical museum are within 15 minutes walk. Experience the warm sea from May to November.Shops restaurants are at 3 min walking.

The house is next to the city center, ideally situated between Athens historical center and Piraeus port.
You can swim in the nearby beach from May to October.Alimos marina where the majority of sailing tours depart, is only 2 km away.

Too many suitcases? Need a van? Arriving or leaving after midnight? No problem! Ideal for those who can not arrive within the apartment's specified check in timetable.
2) Arriving by your self and meet you at the apartment.
This option is available for arrivals within the apartment's check in timetable

What an amazing place! From booking through the end of our stay, we had a great experience. The hostess was friendly and great with communication and quick responses. She even helped arrange a driver for the ride back to the airport for a reasonable fee, who was also wonderful. The instructions for check in were clear. The place was clean and we had everything we needed. 2 bedrooms, with 2nd bedroom being upstairs and both rooms had closet space. The building has an elevator. It has AC in all the rooms, and stayed nice and cool with the shutters down during the hot part of the day. The view is beautiful seeing the water as pictured, and while it’s in a residential area, it’s walking distance to grocery less than a block away and close to restaurants and the beach. It’s about a 20 minute drive (depending on traffic times) to the center of town and attractions like Sintagma Square & Plaka, but you get the local experience and I didn’t want to stay in the busy area anyway. I would 100% book this place again.

Good location 2 blocks to restaurants and bars, supermarket just around corner and close to bus and tram for transport.You can see the water from veranda if you look right.Located on 3rd floor with 2man lift or stairs.Good communication throughout and on arrival George was waiting for us and went through the usual requirements. He also was our driver on departure to the airport. Very friendly man.The apartment has a loft room accessible by steep steps with 2 single beds avaliable.Would definitely stay again should we come back to Athens.

Nice, clean, with A/C in all the rooms. Very private. Nice kitchen, nice bathroom( the property has another one in the loft which I didnt use) I would look to rent the same place when I return.
