This was a great stay for my family when in town to visit NYC. We had a few small hiccups, but the host was great at fixing any issues and kept in communication with us quickly. Central air, close enough to the train to get into the city, plenty of space in the unit as well as super close to restaurants and stores. We absolutely loved the area and will be back in the future. Only down fall is I wish there were TVs in the bedrooms.

Great place to stay with family! Wanted a place large enough for visiting relatives from Germany. The open kitchen/dining/living rooms were perfect for us. A short walk to the train/ferry terminal(10-15min.) always felt safe, even when returning very late at night. The neighborhood was full of families with young children, play park around the corner. There is NO Parking included with this unit. We used a parking garage, no issues with safety of vehicles, 5 minutes away. We would stay here with family again.
