On the lower level you will find a bedroom with another King bed and attached bathroom and the fourth bedroom with 2 twin beds and its own attached bathroom. There is also a full size laundry room on the lower level.

The home has a 1 car garage and space in the driveway for an additional vehicle.

Waterstone Townhomes is a quiet townhome community located along Burgess Creek near the base of the Ski Area. The community boasts an outdoor heated pool and hot tub. During the ski season, there is an on-call shuttle that picks up at the townhome and whisks you away to the ski area, downtown, grocery store or wherever you'd like to go. During the summer, enjoy the convenient location along the walking/biking path that leads up to the base of the ski area and around the mountain community.

During the summer this home has AC available in the master bedroom and the upper bunk room. The lower levels usually stay a very cool and comfortable temperature. After sun down, the place cools off quickly with a few open windows.
