With approximately 90 square meters of space, it comfortably accommodates 7 people.
Located in a strategic location, just a 5-minute walk from the Il Castello shopping center. Well-connected by public transportation, the historic center is a 10-minute drive away. It is located near the A13 highway exit and Fiera Ferrara.
An assigned outdoor parking space is available for guests.

KITCHEN. Kitchenette equipped with a four-burner gas stove, refrigerator and freezer, conventional oven and microwave, moka pot and electric kettle, dishwasher, wine glasses, and various kitchen utensils.

BEDROOM 1. Double bed, one single bed, three nightstands with lamps, TV, and closet. Split AC unit.
