Featuring a rustic cabin built from lumber milled on the property, trailhead access to 15 miles of single track and private river frontage this paradise is perfectly situated. Post Hurricane Helene: The Green River Ranch is back open for business as of July 1st!
The river has been cleaned and the water is clean and clear.
Green River Cove Road from the southwest (known as the switchbacks) is closed for at least the remainder of 2025. Green River Cove Road coming from Mills Springs is open.
Several tubing and paddling operations are open for business.
The landscape is forever changed, but the magic of the Green River is much alive.

Lovely wood cabin, in a quiet area, dogs and children will love the outside as plenty of space to run with no traffic and river access across the road. House has basic needs. WiFi was great
