When you’re not out on the mountain, this 3-bed, 2-bath vacation rental is the perfect relaxing getaway. Make yourself comfortable in front of the stone gas fireplace, snuggled up on the leather cozy sofa watching Amazon Prime Videos on a 4K QLED Smart flat screen Samsung TV or take a nap on the plush king-sized bed. Need a soak? Enjoy the jacuzzi tub in the en-suite master bath.
Dinnertime is effortless with a fully equipped kitchen featuring a dining area, large and small appliances including a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig K-Duo Single-Serve & Carafe Coffee Maker, toaster, cookware, dinner and serving wear, utensils, dish soaps, etc. Enjoy dinner and drinks on the balcony facing beautiful sunset views of Moat Mountain Range. Don’t feel like cooking? No problem this location is perfect being just 1 mile from downtown North Conway Village.
Bed linens, bath towels, and dish towels are included and ready for you! There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.
Master bedroom has a king size bed. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and Bedroom #3 has two full beds …great for kiddos! All bedrooms have dressers.
This condo is located on the 2nd floor with both stair and elevator access.
The private, gated parking reserved only for the residents and guests of this building is the closest and very best offered on the entire resort!
You will have full access to the gorgeous, brand new four-season heated outdoor pool and hot tub.
Onsite activities: of course great skiing!!
Cranmore adventure passes may be purchased to enjoy rides and attractions like the mountain coaster, giant swing, scenic chairlift rides, tubing, bouncy houses, zip-line, ropes course, trampoline, knocker ball, climbing wall, and more! THIS IS OUR BACK YARD!!

The condo at Kearsage brook was a perfect location and place to have a cousins weekend of shopping and reconnecting. Very clean, spacious, comfortable beds and plush towels. Kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of dishes and whatever else might be needed of cooking. Can walk into Conway if you wanted as well. I wouldn't hesitate to rent here any season of the year. Thank you

The host is extremely welcoming and awesome. The place is great and right on the mountain. The ski school is the best I’ve ever had our kids in! Another awesome year!

The entrance to the condo was a little less clean.The big downfall is all weekend. Kids and adults above us were up all night running so is rather annoying to try to sleep.
