Lovely modern apartment and really nice location. WiFi left something to be desired as did the AC. Bedrooms on the second floor were too hot for a good night sleep and there were no fans. It was too hot to enjoy the roof during the day, but when we did during the early morning we loved it! A few amenities were missing that would have made the experience 10/10, but they were relativity small compared. The responsiveness of the staff was good originally, but then the office closed on Saturday and it was hard to get a response. Because of the above, felt like the apt. was overpriced. If the AC had worked better or if there were fans available, we likely would give it 5 stars.

It was good. Good location, close to all the tourist attraction spots. But it is on a busy street so there was noise, but it’s a big city so noise is to be expected. We would stay again if traveling to Madrid
