The property was very nice, especially when the tide rolled in. We felt very comfortable along with our 2 pups Jack and Louie. The neighborhood was very quiet and the house was beautifully decorated. We’d love to come back next year

Cute comfortable cottage in a great location! Kitchen was very well outfitted. Proper pots and pans! Newer washing machine and dryer. Window A/C units in the bedrooms. There is a fireplace but we didn’t use it. For those who can’t do stairs, keep in mind that there is a step up/down between the kitchen and living room and to/from the laundry area and second bedroom. Easy walk into the center of Kennebunkport. Approx. 20 minute walk to lovely Gooch’s Beach. We loved the balcony too. Thanks so much. We’ll be back!

Perfect location to walk to everything in town! Plenty of room for two couples. Pam was a wonderful host and we were glad to meet her. Will come back again!

The house was in the best location. Very easy walk to downtown to the shops and restaurants. However, the house definitly had signs of wear and tear and not quite as clean as I expected it to be. There was also an awful smell in the bathroom.
