We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest.

We loved it! A bit of an ant problem, and cart for luggage etc doesn’t work making getting things to house a lot more work. Would stay again tho! Beautiful home.

Disappointed in the description of the property. There was 40 stairs to climb to get to the front door which all friends are either in the 80s or 90s. Description did state slight incline and not for people with mobilities. This is not a slight incline. The house had no instructions on How to operate things. The bedrooms in the bottom floor had a terrible musty and body order smell in the bed. The bathtub on the lower floor did not have nonslip materials, which could cause people to fall. Had an issue with the TV cable even after someone came out to fix it, it still was not correct. Place was hard to find had to call the VRVO company to make sure we were in the right place. One of my friends did not go out due to going up and down the 40 steps. We will not rent this house again.
