Nestled between fruit trees, Tulip villa is defined by calm and style it's situated in the exclusive Kfar Shemaryahu neighborhood.
It's beautifully designed and an ideal haven for basking in the warmth of Israeli summers. Managed by Carmelo, the three-level property is surrounded by lush gardens, an outdoor kitchen and a spacious swimming pool. Inside, a state of the art kitchen and living area, spacious bedrooms a cinema room and piano room
(The Piano is not for use)
The Space:
The villa of 620 square meters comes with a swimming pool, spacious living area, dining area, outdoor kitchen, gym, cinema, game room,
and 6 ensuite bedrooms. It's a fully equipped, luxurious space with all the amenities that you might need for a comfortable relaxing stay.
Other Things to Note:
*The guest must supply a photo of the entry slip (B2 SLIP) before the check in, in order to avoid a VAT charge of 18%.
* On Sundays, Tuesdays and Fridays - Municipality garbage clearance
**As part of the terms and conditions, a security deposit of 25,000 NIS will be secured by placing a hold (authorization) on your credit card. This hold will only reserve the amount on your credit limit and will not charge or debit your card unless there is damage or a violation of the terms. The deposit hold will be placed upon check-in and not before, even if the booking was made well in advance. If no claims are made, the hold will be released automatically within 7 days from the date it was placed.
*Cancellation fee*- A handling fee of 3% of the reservation amount (up to a maximum of 1,500 NIS) will be charged upon cancellation
