Location is fantastic. I’ve been to Destin area 20 times and this is the shortest walk to the beach umbrellas I’ve ever had. Step right out to walk dog, great people watching sipping coffee in the morning on the patio, multiple restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. The place is nice as well. Complex has two large pools, which kids enjoyed. And it came with 4 chairs 2 umbrellas! We loved our stay!

This property was even better than we expected! Although the beachline isn't visible from the patio, the grassy area was beautiful and we enjoyed sitting outside in the evenings. Beach access was easier than most beachfront hotels and we were within walking distance of several restaurants. The decor was beautiful and the condo was very clean. It was well-stocked with plenty of dishes and cookware, we had everything we needed! This is a pet-friendly location, but there was absolutely NO evidence of previous pets being there. We will definitely be back!!! Thank you for making our Destin trip extra special and allowing us to include our little 4-pound family member!

The floors and the baseboards were very dirty. The owner sent her housekeeper over the day after we arrived to clean them. She worked on the floors for an hour just to get them clean. The base of the toilets in both bathrooms were nasty. I spent the first night cleaning them. I was not waiting for the housekeeper to come the next day. That’s unacceptable! The living room furniture was not as pictured on VRBO. The couch was extremely uncomfortable. I covered it with throw pillows for comfort. We did not receive the door code until we arrived, and I had to call the owner to get the code. Very thankful she answered her phone. If you would like to see the beautiful aqua blue water, and see the waves crashing on the shoreline, book a higher floor. You cannot see the ocean unless you are standing or you’re sitting in the bar chairs on the patio.I do not recommend this condo.
