We had 16 people on our group and there was plenty of space for everyone. The dining room, kitchen and front room are all connected for a great gathering space. Kids loved the theater room, especially the arcade game. They loved the pool. A great place to stay.

Highly recommend staying here!! The house was perfect for our family, was super clean and comfortable. It is located in a perfect spot for day trips to Zion, Bryce and the north rim of the Grand Canyon. The hosts were amazing and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again!

Very nice home with 4 bedrooms and 4 baths. Sleeps well over 12 people. I would recommend taking two of the rooms with either a king or a queen and putting in two twins or two queens to maximize sleeping for buddy trips. Nice location in Hurricane neat I-15. All amenities are available.
