The units are spread across three floors and are easily accessible by elevator. Some of the vacation homes are designed to be accessible. Free Wi-Fi is, of course, available. A limited number of bicycle parking spaces are provided. Each vacation apartment offers a view of the harbor area and the Baltic Sea. The Hafenspitze area also features a BAIS guest reception desk, as well as restaurants and various small shops. You’ll spend your stay in a maritime setting and can reach Wismar’s Old Town in just a few minutes on foot—home to historic buildings and Brick Gothic churches, complete with a viewing platform offering a panoramic view of the Hanseatic city.

The elevator goes up to the 2nd floor. You can reach the apartment, which has a living area of 84 square meters, via the staircase. The sunny loggia offers a delightful view of the harbor promenade.

A fully equipped, open-concept kitchenette is included. There are two separate bedrooms and a modern bathroom with a shower and heated floors. Upon arrival, the beds for 2 people will already be made. Towels and bath towels for 2 people are also included. Additional linen packages can be booked for a fee. This is a non-smoking residence. For a fee, you can park your vehicle in the public harbor parking garage, approximately 300 meters away.

The modern 3-room apartment Hafenspitze 35 with Hafenflick Loggia has a spacious living area of 84 square meters and is designed to accommodate up to 4 people. Take the passenger elevator to the 2nd floor, then use the staircase to reach your stylish vacation home on the 3rd floor. You’ll be welcomed by a bright living-dining area offering a cozy atmosphere, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows, a comfortable seating area, a dining table, a flat-screen TV, and an internet radio with hotel mode.

Wi-Fi internet access is available free of charge. The kitchenette, integrated into the living area, is fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and small appliances such as a coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. This makes self-catering an ideal option. In addition, the living areas are equipped with electrically operated exterior blinds.
