Small security deposit of $155 is held one on cc, one day before check in & released the day of check out.

Small, clean, efficient and comfortable. Close to college and a longer walk to the downtown fountain square area. For those that like peace and quiet the negative is noisy neighbors and nearby railroad crossing.

Bathroom is very small a little difficult to move around and air conditioning circulation didn’t reach rooms. Overall very pleasant stay.

Property was great overal! Clean, well decorated, plenty of supplies, washer dryer, great location, and reSponsive hosts. I would stay there again, but I'd bring blankets and ear plugs.I only give 4 overall because we were a little chilly and couldn't get the downstairs unit to warm the downstairs, and there were not enough warm blankets to make up for it. We weren't there enough to make a big deal about it, though, so we just dealt with it.The trains at night were so loud - that's not the poperty's fault, but it really impacted my sleep. My kids didn't even notice.

Very convenient location! House was perfect for our 3 night stay. Parking was great, and the two dogs loved their walks in the neighborhood.
