The location was in the centre of everything, perfect. Host was helpful, took my luggage up the many stairs. Rooms were super clean, view wasn't the best but we did have top floor so we could sunbake on the terrace and dry our clothes.

Great rental unit in an amazing location for restaurants, shops and the center of Sorrento. Check in was smooth because someone met us and helped us find it and take luggage up the stairs. Be sure you can get down on your own with luggage when leaving. There are several flights of stairs involved. As info, there is a terrace but no table or chairs in case that is important for you. They do collect a tax upon check in. It was not a lot, but be prepared to pay upon arrival, maybe 5 euros a day. You can not drive right up to it since it is a narrow road (alley) w shoppers, restaurant tables crowding it, so you have to walk your way in and the streets are not smooth if you have rolling luggage. Just be prepared for that and it is a wonderful place to stay - highly recommend!

Location is excellent. Within walking distance of downtown and beach. No lift, and a lot of steps up, but stairs were manageable with some luggage.

The property was not ready for winter stay. They had turned everything off and it took a full day to get the apartment warm and the hot water working. Once both the air and the water warmed up we had no problem except for water pressure dropping one night. It a great location with charming decor.
