Beautiful oceanfront home with private pool on the gated west end of Holden beach. This home has everything you need to complete your perfect ocean front vacation. Private pool, elevator, ping pong, shuffle board, 2 refrigerators, 2 living rooms, Smart flat screen TV`s in every bedroom, 5 1/2 bathrooms, gas grill, outdoor shower, covered and uncovered porches, and amazing views!
The main level has a large well-stocked kitchen with 2 refrigerators, a drip coffee maker & a blender. The kitchen is open to the dining room with large table that seats 8 and has additional seating at the island overlooking the living room and oceanfront sunroom. There is a master bedroom with a king sized bed and a large bathroom on this floor, as well as a half bathroom. Upstairs you will find 5 more bedrooms, 4 with 1 queen-sized bed and 1 with 2 full beds, all with their own Smart flat-screen TV, another ocean front deck, and a second living room with Smart TV! Downstairs there is a ping pong table, shuffleboard, gas grill, charcoal grill, and private walkway out to the oceanfront pool with loungers and plenty of pool deck to soak up the sun. You can also access your private ocean-front walkway out to the beach from the pool deck, or main level of the home. *Please note the fireplace is for decorative use only!*

Before You Arrive
We want your arrival to be as easy and seamless as possible. After booking, you’ll receive a short Rental Agreement from our local management team to review and sign electronically before your stay. This quick step helps us make sure everything is in place for your arrival while protecting you, the home, and the homeowners who make your stay possible.
The pool is open year-round.
October 1st - March 31st: The pool is not heated by default. If you would like the pool heated during your stay, we can attempt to heat it for an additional $75 per day for the entire length of your reservation. As with all pool heating, water temperatures cannot be guaranteed due to weather and outdoor temperature conditions.
The pool and/or spa is private and unattended, so swim at your own risk. All children must be supervised in the water at all times by an adult. No food, drinks, alcohol, glass, etc. are allowed in or around the pool. Pools are serviced regularly, however please keep in mind that due to the tropical nature of the island, it is not unusual to find unexpected debris and sand in the pool.
We cannot guarantee the elevator will be working due to circumstances out of our control. Please read elevator instructions CAREFULLY before operating (found in the notebook at the home). User error will result in a $100 service charge. No children are allowed in the elevator without an adult. Use at your own risk.

Location was excellent. It was nice having starter items such as toilet paper, paper towels, etc. I wish the kitchen had been better equipped. The house sleeps 14. There should be cutlery for that many. We were constantly washing it. We had a great time.

Loved the home and the amenities and the host was very quick to communicate any problems with but there are some things that need to be addressed. The outside of the home needs to be painted/updated as it looks very dated. There were these huge red ants that bit several of us at the pool leaving welts. I did let the host know and she said it would be addressed, not sure if it was while we were still there. The back door would not lock at all but at least it was in a gated community. The internet stopped working the last 3 days and that issue was never addressed, we all had to hotspot our phones to watch tv. Also, I should have already known because of where the house is on the west end but it is such a long walk to the beach, it was too far to take the little kids more than once or twice so be prepared for that. Excellent heated pool just had to turn it off but would be great in the cooler months.

The host was very welcoming and addressed a text or concern immediately. The location of the property is top notch. Maintenemce repairs needed but all homes need that. Very spacious bedrooms. It was a wonderful stay.

The outside deck is in terrible condition. The pool liner is failing. The outdoor furniture (wicker with cushions) and umbrellas were non-existent. Two burners on the stove had issues- one did not work at all. There is a lack of silverware and glasses for the number of people this property holds. The internet is spotty at best.On the upside, the rooms are spacious and the living area is large and comfortable. The house just needs some TLC for the price we paid.
