Located approximately 20 minutes from Walt Disney World, 30 minutes from Universal Orlando Resort, and 40 minutes from Orlando International Airport, you'll have convenient access to Central Florida's world-famous attractions while returning each day to the privacy and natural surroundings of a gated resort community.



One of this home's most desirable features is its private backyard setting. The property backs directly to conservation with no rear neighbors, so instead of looking into another vacation home's pool or patio, you'll enjoy peaceful natural Florida scenery. Start your morning with coffee on the lanai, spend the afternoon swimming, or simply relax outdoors and enjoy the quiet surroundings after a full day at the theme parks.



Step outside to your private screened pool and spa overlooking the conservation area. The west-facing pool is especially inviting for enjoying the Florida afternoon sunshine and relaxing outdoors as the day winds down. A spacious screened lanai, pool deck, and outdoor furniture give everyone plenty of room to gather and enjoy the home's private setting.



The adjoining private spa provides another place to relax beside the pool. Please note that the spa is not a hot tub and does not heat independently. When optional pool heat is added, the spa is heated to the same temperature as the swimming pool.



Inside, approximately 3,100 square feet of living space gives everyone room to spread out comfortably. Gather together in the great room, settle in for a favorite show, or enjoy your own entertainment in one of the six bedrooms. TVs are provided in every bedroom, and the great room features a 32-inch TV.

A dishwasher, full-size washer and dryer, central air conditioning, towels, and bed linens provide additional conveniences throughout your stay.

Two king suites offer additional privacy, including one conveniently located on the lower level. Upstairs you'll find the second king suite, two queen bedrooms, and two bedrooms each furnished with two twin beds.
