Upstairs is an open loft area perfect for the young guests; the loft is complete with a play area that includes many toys and more! It’s a true sleepover with a twin-size bunk bed and a toddler-sized bed. The second bedroom is accessed off the loft and includes a queen bed. The loft also has a full bathroom.



Across the short breezeway from the loft is a full Studio Suite with a queen bed, TV, couch, full bathroom, closet, dining table, and kitchenette (sink, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and a coffee pot), topped off by a lake view.



So much fun to be had at the Water Lover’s Paradise, whether it’s hanging out in the backyard, playing games at the large dining room table, watching movies on the large TV, playing in the lake, or hanging out/walking the beach. Not only does the community have 2 docks on the lake (one just steps from the house), it also includes a pavilion on the lake with BBQ that can be used for your group outing.



The house also has toys and TV in the loft with the bunk beds as well as kids bikes and beach toys in the garage.
