It comfortably sleeps up to 6 and boasts a private rooftop deck with city and water views. Located in the heart of downtown; steps away from North Peak Brewing Company and Lake Michigan! Walkable to beaches and everything downtown!

This private townhome is 4 levels tall and contains 3 sets of stairs.
You'll enter on the ground level through a private garage. To access the main level (living room, dining area, kitchen, full bathroom, and laundry room), you'll immediately climb one set of stairs. Go up another set of stairs to access the two bedrooms and another full bathroom. The private rooftop deck is accessible from a spiral staircase.
One parking space is provided in the private garage. The space can easily accommodate small- to mid-sized vehicles, but may not fit larger vehicles such as SUVs or trucks: The dimensions are 8'6" wide x 17'6" long. I have never experienced staying in a VRBO where every detail was given to you. Before checking in I was sent an information page with detailed information about the unit. It even had a video of how to use the small appliances. The owner was extremely responsive. The area is very walkable with several places close by. Downtown is a bit of a walk but very doable. The unit was clean and well supplied.

The condo was great! Very nicely decorated, great location. We walked to the downtown shops and dinner. Also close to the wine trails. The host was great at communicating timely and gave us all the info we needed for a great stay.

It was a beautiful home in the perfect location. Probably the most well-equipped kitchen of any rental I've ever stayed in (which we loved because we cook a lot!).
