The spacious living room features floor-to-ceiling windows, offering breathtaking ocean views and plenty of natural light. Relax with your group on the comfortable seating or gather around the large dining table for family meals or card games. The expansive balcony is the perfect spot to watch the sunset over the west end of Folly Beach.

The fully equipped kitchen separates the bedrooms and includes modern appliances such as a refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. It features custom cabinetry and elegant countertops, ideal for preparing meals and snacks.

Primary Bedroom: This extra-large room boasts ocean views, direct balcony access, and an en-suite bathroom with a huge walk-in shower and double sinks.

Excellent condo and location. Easy check in. Very comfortable beds and bathrooms. Walking distance to downtown and several great restaurants. On beach , easy on and out for beach and town. Only issue is building is a little run down and one of the elevators was out of service a few days. The other elevator is about 100 yard walk on the other side of the building so if you are older or can’t do stairs and it’s 90 that was a big inconvenience. Didn’t bother us too much. We were able to do four flights of stairs. It wasn’t fun, but it wasn’t hard.We heard a few people talking about how the elevators are routinely down so I will say that if you have someone who can’t walk very well or is in some sort of wheelchair this property might be toughWe would 100% tent here again. 25 min to downtown. Easy access to many sites and activities. The company that supplied beach gear was great. Easy to respond and quality rentals .

The unit was nice and clean. The kitchen had plenty of tools to cook several wonderful meals during our stay. Internet was slow at times, but that's mainly important for the kids.

The location was great but we did run some problems. The master bedroom shower didn’t work. Some of the shower heads could have been cleaner. As we were leaving the elevator broke with people in it. We had to take the stairs on the 4th floor with our bags.
