Beautiful, comfortable cottage "Olive Grove Sabina", 2 storeys. Property composed of main house and outbuilding, in the hamlet Canneto 10 km from the centre of Passo Corese, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position, in the countryside. Private: property 1 ha (fenced), garden 1 ha (fenced) with trees, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 120 - 120 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.) with salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Shower/WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, table tennis, patio, arbour, pergola, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, fireplace. Narrow motor access to the house (500 m via unmade road). Shop 1 km, grocery 2 km, supermarket 2 km, bar 2 km, café 2 km, bus stop 1 km, railway station "Fara Sabina FL1 - to Roma" 10 km. Nearby attractions: Roma 45 km, Rieti 30 km, Orvieto 70 km, Tivoli 40 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago del Turano 30 km, Lago di Bracciano 40 km. Please note: car recommended. Beautiful view and expansive outdoor spaces. The pool wasn't heated but refreshing after a long day touring. We were disappointed that the Internet wasn't working. Each unit has a nice sitting area. The units cooled nicely. The kitchen worked well.

Peaceful environment, a beautiful garden, stylish pool area etc. I could continue list of pros. We enjoyed (again) our stay a lot. Very comfortable for two couples as we were.

A beautiful spot with maximum privacy and complete silence, day and night.
Well equipped and everything is taken care off.
One must is that you do need your own transport on site for shopping and going out. Walking is not an option.
Having said that, it’s paradise!
