Enjoy amazing views and an unbeatable location just one house from the beach! This three- bedroom duplex is just steps away from Swan Pond River Landing and popular South Village Beach. With Cape Cod living at its finest, this home boasts an upside down layout with bedrooms on the main level and the living and dining area upstairs-panoramic views everywhere!
Upon entering the home, you will find three comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom features a stackable washer/dryer and attached private bathroom. The upstairs living area features beachy decor and an open concept design. The fully stocked kitchen has a dishwasher and bar seating. Step out onto the deck for extra seating and warm ocean breezes.
Each side of this duplex home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. 9 Baker Way is the right hand side of the home. You can rent one side to sleep 7 or both sides to sleep a total of 14 people. Connecting doors on each level make it super convenient. Enjoy central air conditioning, private enclosed outside shower, dishwasher and TV's in the living area and master bedroom.
Situated in the heart of West Dennis, you can easily take a drive down Lower County Road to visit local restaurants including Sundae School Ice Cream, Dog House, and The Wee Packet just to name a few. If you wanted to check another beach along Nantucket Sound, West Dennis Beach (1.2 mile) is located right around the corner. Swan River is the perfect spot to launch your kayak or paddle board! Rent one from Bass River Kayaks and have them dropped off during your stay!

This was our second year at 9 Baker Way. I can't describe how breathtaking the views are from this deck! Just awesome. Everything perfect in our unit. A/C worked great. Very comfortable bedrooms and living room. Well stocked kitchen with brand new fridge. Microwave needs to be replaced. Other than that we had an amazing time! Will be back!!

The absolute perfect location with THE most breathtaking views. Spent most of our time on the deck, from coffee in the morning to cocktails at night. Just glorious. Loved the setup inside as well. Everything clean, comfortable and modern. Cannot wait to return!
