Ideal for a retreat with family and friends. Awake to incredible sunrises every morning. Enjoy your coffee in the serene and beautifully manicured outdoor space.
Spacious deck and screened-in patio provides lots of outdoor space to celebrate your time here. Love the convenience of having the lake in your back yard where you can swim, fish, kayak, paddleboard, go boating, or do nothing at all!
This home is conveniently located - less than 10 minutes from Publix, less than 20 minutes to Birkdale Village and a wide variety of dining/shopping, and ~35 minutes from Uptown Charlotte where you can choose to take in a Panther's game or one of the many other professional sports venues.
This is my personal residence that I split time between. I am looking forward to sharing my home with responsible and respectful guests!

Highly recommended! Our family spent a wonderful 5 nights at this Cherry Lane house. There were 12 of us, ages 10 to 71 with ample space for all. The large kitchen was a great place to make simple meals and the grocery store was only a 10 minute drive away. The large dining table doubled as a great spot for family card games. Everyone enjoyed the screened in porch overlooking the lake-- amazing view! The NEW dock was wonderful with a covered portion where we all enjoyed sitting taking in the view and water fun. We carried down lightweight chairs from the fire pit each day, and back at night. The 4 included kayaks got heavy use and there were plentiful floating devices used by all ages. There were life jackets, including for kids. Could barely get the kids to come out of the water for meals! We also rented a floating pad and a couple paddle boards from a local place that delivered the items and picked them up the day we left. Super easy. A wonderful rental for relaxation and water fun! My family and I stayed on this beautiful lake house for vacation and to visit local family and it was amaOng. the view was spectacular and the house was clean and spacious. The host was good to communicate with. Overall a great place to stay!

What an amazing place to vacation. Our group of 7 ladies had an amazing and relaxing time. The kitchen is perfect, it is so spacious, we cooked all our meals together, it was wonderful. The endless lake views, and morning sunrises were priceless. The beds and pillows were so comfortable. The property was pristine, and the new dock is amazing.
