It is a two-story house, featuring a spacious living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchenette with an oven and an induction cooktop, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms (one on each floor). Amenities include: TV, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, hair dryer, steam iron, towels and linens, and toys and books for children.

The house can accommodate up to 6–7 guests.
Bedroom 1: double bed + baby bed (crib);

Bedroom 3: two single beds (one of which is a fold-out bed with a memory foam mattress—very comfortable)

Our house is located in the countryside and is very close to the sea (Gulf of Asinara).
It is spacious and cool in the summer, with two terraces (one facing west and one facing east) and a cool veranda (porch) attached to one side of the house, where you can relax and eat during the warmer months. You’ll love waking up and enjoying relaxing breakfasts surrounded by nature. The house is surrounded by a large flowering garden with a small pine grove, palm trees, and oleanders. All the windows are equipped with mosquito nets.

Spacious and comfortable, our home is cool and breezy in the summer, especially on the two large first-floor terraces (one facing east and the other west) and on the veranda adjacent to the house. Here you can relax after a day at the beach and enjoy a meal sheltered from the humidity and sun, especially during the warmer months. A large garden surrounds the house, featuring a small pine grove, several palm trees, and a long row of oleanders. All windows are equipped with mosquito screens.
