Perfect for all seasons, our lakefront cottage on Shawano Lake offers the ideal setting for summer fun, cozy winter escapes, and everything in between. Located on the south side of Shawano Lake, this modern, comfortable cottage features a private dock, flat walk-out access to the water, and amenities designed for families, couples, fishing trips, girls’ weekends, and year-round relaxation.
Enjoy fishing and swimming in the summer, snowmobiling and ice fishing in the winter, breathtaking sunset views, and stunning stargazing. With grocery stores, restaurants, breweries, golf courses, ATV/snowmobile trails, shops, and casinos just minutes away, convenience meets tranquility at this warm and welcoming retreat.
FALL
A beautiful and peaceful escape:

This has become an annual trip for our family! We love the lake, perfect for our kids especially with a weekend boat rental! Hope to continue coming back for years to come!

Had an excellent time- Shawano County Beach was a hit with the kids. Visited Amish stores/bakery! Enjoyed the murals in town.. scenery from house was AMAZING! Neighbors were so SWEET. Kids had a blast on the lake with paddle boards, kayaks and aqua lily. Communication was great!! Only mentionable items I would share with future guests… house is down quite an incline but we were able to back the truck down to the door so my elderly mom wouldn’t have to walk so far on uneven ground (no sidewalk) and the shower floor was slippery when wet (we bought an anti-slip mat during our visit). House was tastefully decorated and clean- kitchen amenities were VERY adequate. We would rent again in a heart beat!

The home was very clean, spacious, updates were beautiful. Sunsets are priceless and love the campfires right by the water. Would stay again!

There were no tires or dock cushions on the pier. First place I’ve rented on Shawano Lake in over 45 years of coming to this lake with a boat that didn’t have any tires or dock cushions to keep your boat from getting scratched. And it’s extremely shallow and on windy days the wave make it hard enough to dock but boat control was difficult due to keeping the motor high enough to not bottom out but still keep water circulation and some boat control. The use of tires our other dock cushions would have been a huge help docking the boat in high wind and wave conditions that are typical on Shawano Lake. Cabin was clean but it’s not the best if you bringing a fishing boat. Too shallow and no dock cushioning at all. Bring plenty of your own.
