A comfortable 55-square-meter apartment that can accommodate up to 4 people, located on the first floor of a building without an elevator. We’re in the center of La Spezia, about a 7-minute walk from the Central Station. The location is therefore excellent both for getting around La Spezia and for visiting Porto Venere or the Cinque Terre. An ideal location for exploring the city and the wonders of the Cinque Terre!
The space
The interior is laid out as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (featuring a gas stovetop, refrigerator, pod coffee machine, moka pot, kettle, conventional oven, microwave, and kitchen utensils), dining table, and a French-style double sofa bed;
- BEDROOM I with a double bed and a wardrobe;
- BEDROOM II with a single bed and a closet;
- BATHROOM with a shower, sink, bidet, and toilet.
- BALCONY
ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, independent heating, portable fans, washing machine, clothesline, hair dryer, iron, and ironing board.
PLEASE NOTE: The building does not have an elevator—the apartment is located on the first floor.

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013).
In summer, the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Property was easy to find and a 15 minute walk from the main train station. It was fine for a 4 night stay. Unfortunately the weather was awful and it would have been good to have a few books or games to play, we had bought our own but soon got bored with them.
The apartment is clean but is very basic, and I feel it could do with some updating and a cosier feel would be good.
