A wonderful 190-square-meter detached villa with unfenced grounds that can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. The property is situated in a peaceful oasis, just a 15-minute drive from Olbia—known for its port and an ideal starting point for exploring the Costa Smeralda.
The accommodation consists of a central section, with a sea view, that can accommodate up to 4 people, and a guest house, with a countryside view, that can accommodate up to 4 people.

The property
The 130-square-meter main part of the villa is laid out as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with sofa, dining table, 35-inch TV, and split-system A/C;
- KITCHENETTE with gas stove (4 burners), refrigerator, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, toaster, kitchen utensils, and wine glasses;
- BEDROOM I with a double bed, closet, and split A/C;
- BEDROOM II with two single beds, closet, and split A/C;
- BATHROOM I with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet;
- GUEST BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, toilet, and washing machine;
- VERANDA with dining table and armchairs.
The 60-square-meter annex is laid out as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with sofa, dining table, 27-inch TV, and access to the veranda;
- KITCHENETTE with gas stove (4 burners), refrigerator, freezer, Lavazza coffee machine, electric kettle, oven, toaster, kitchen utensils, and wine glasses;
- BEDROOM I with a double bed and closet;
- BEDROOM II with two single beds and a closet;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet;
- VERANDA with dining table.
ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited Wi-Fi, heating and split-system air conditioning only in the central area (in the living room and the two bedrooms), clothesline, hair dryer, iron, and ironing board.
PLEASE NOTE: There is no air conditioning in the annex.
THE HOT TUB IS NOT AVAILABLE.
Cribs and baby beds are available upon request and subject to availability.
