This newly built semi-detached home, with 84 square meters of living space, is in a fantastic location. From the parking area right outside the front door, you enter House 1 through a shared entrance—but, of course, via your own private front door. The windows are floor-to-ceiling. The house is equipped with high-quality security technology (surveillance cameras, lighting, motion detectors, and high-quality locking systems on windows and doors). At the Altstadtblick vacation home in Bad Wildungen, you’ll find everything you need for a comfortable life. The floor plans are efficiently designed: an entryway, a large bathroom, a spacious bedroom, a living-dining area also suitable for entertaining guests, and a cozy loft bedroom and living room with a great view. The house has a monopitch roof, which enhances the ceiling height in the upper living area. The floor-to-ceiling windows let in plenty of light and open fully. A ventilation system ensures a comfortable indoor climate. The house is heated with geothermal energy and meets the Passive House standard. Barbecues and smoking are permitted on the private terrace.
