Bright and cheerful two bedroom home located in popular Dennisport neighborhood situated along Nantucket Sound. Only .3 mile from Haigis Beach located at the end of the road. To keep yourself cool on those warm summer nights, the home is equipped with central air conditioning.
Each bedroom and the living room offers a TV for those rare rainy days (cable in living room, streaming only in bedrooms). The private back patio space is perfect for your summer BBQ, including a gas grill.
Positioned right in the heart of Dennisport, this home is perfectly placed to give you access to numerous local favorite spots. Take a quick drive down Lower County Road and you will find Sundae School Ice Cream, Dog House and the Wee Packet. Other close by beaches along Nantucket Sound include Glendon Road Beach, South Village Beach and West Dennis beach right down the road.

We loved this cottage and would absolutely stay again. The living room and second bedroom were more spacious than expected. The central AC was great. Location is perfect as you can easily walk to the beach and to favorite stops like One Stop, Chapins, and Banderas. The house had everything you would need. My only minor feedback was that the outdoor shower has a roof, which I did not like. I prefer an open top. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

This was the perfect rental for our 2 year old grandson and parents. we rented it so they would have a quiet place from where the rest of the family 0 just down the road. The pictures didn't do it justice on who cozy and homey this home is. We would rent this home again in a heartbeat!

We spend 7 days in the delightfull small cottage with a more Scandinavian decor than the typical american. 5 minutes from little private beach. Good kitchen facilities, gas grill at the back.
