Check in was easy with pad key entry. The air was stale upon entry so we quickly opened windows to ventilate. Not all windows had screens (including one of the bedrooms) and some were in disrepair which let a lot of bugs in. Kitchen had a lot but toaster was broken and the sink leaks so the owners have placed a bucket underneath to catch all the dirty water and collect it under the sink. The aroma caused one of us to vomit and I had to dump it outside. The dining room lamp/fan has to be turned on/off by climbing on the table bench to reach it. Bathroom worked, WiFi was great and the view of the river was the highlight during 4th of July fireworks.
