New at Grandview: The property has recently added stairs for easier lake access, making it simple to enjoy the shoreline in all seasons. When water levels are lower, you can easily reach the beach, and when the lake is higher, getting in and out of the water is smooth and convenient — a meaningful upgrade to the lakefront experience.
Inside, the condo is thoughtfully designed with both comfort and gathering in mind. The spacious kitchen and open living area create the perfect space for entertaining, whether you're cooking dinner, sharing a bottle of wine, or unwinding after a day on the lake.
This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests:
The primary bedroom features a king bed with a private en-suite bathroom for a more elevated, restful retreat.
The second bedroom includes a queen bed and a twin-over-full bunk, making it ideal for families or groups.
The living room also offers a sleeper sofa for additional guests.

Great location close to downtown. A bit noisy by the pool and parking garage but worth the stay just the same.

Checking in was not easy or kind to our group. But it was a nice stay. Hot tub was very cold
