This home away from home is located in the heart of the medical center, near Old Spanish Trail and Kirby Dr. Perfectly located in an upscale neighborhood it is safe, quiet and offers access to premiere shopping (Target, Krogers, Chase Bank, etc) restaurants and a diversity social experience. Just minutes from the Galleria, Medical Center, Rice Village, Rice University, Zoo and NRG Stadium.
Cozy, clean, first floor, controlled access community this 2/2 condo is all inclusive, (water, electricity, basic cable). Queen and a Double bed, full size washer and dryer in the unit, 2 full baths, utilities included, Kitchen and Living room with a TV, Pool and Tennis Court also in the complex! This is a NON-smoking apartment. NO pets allowed. Month to Month is based on a 30 nights stay... additional nights will at $75.00/night, longer stay (3+ months) are eligible to a discount of 5% a month.. Traveling nurses or professionals -

We went to Houston for the college classic baseball tournament and needed a spot for one night with friends. Location is better for NRG than downtown but the drive was only 15 minutes away. Not bad at all.
Place was very clean and checkin directions very easy.
