This is a beautiful, clean and very artsy & eclectic apartment exclusively designed and created for hosting guests. Not used by owner. This apartment is on the second floor of a building that has 4 apartment units. It is located downtown in the historic "DETONTI SQUARE" district. Very quiet with beautiful old homes and large oak trees. It is only 5 blocks from lively 'Dauphin Street' with all of the restaurants, bars and other activities. It has a spacious separate bedroom and separate large living room, full bathroom and spacious kitchen.

Ken’s place exceeded our expectations, and we wished we could have stayed longer! It was our first time visiting Mobile, and we couldn’t have asked for a better location- walking distance to some fantastic restaurants, quiet, and safe enough for me to feel comfortable walking the dog at night. There are little charming elements throughout the apartment, and you can tell how much thought went into the place. The bed is also huge and exceptionally comfortable, which was a big deal after spending 13 hours on the road. I would absolutely recommend staying at Ken’s and will definitely be booking again if I’m ever back in the area!

The property and the host are absolutely amazing and wonderful!! The place is gorgeous and pet friendly. The air conditioner system throughout the home is so very accommodating and certainly comfortable. This is our third time to stay there and we're already looking forward to the fourth with ourselves or guest we may have visiting. Thumbs up! Class act!

Met me there to answer any questions and welcomed me! Other folks i met in neighbor hood and that stayed were just as nice! It was nice to have a quiet snd cozy area!
