This property was clean and well-maintained. Beautiful decor. Host quickly responded to our question. Would love to stay here again and definitely recommend to others. Our only issue (not the hosts fault ) is disappointment that the pool was closed during our stay. Still a great property though.

Very clean, well decorated property that’s convenient to both Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge. The only negatives were the beds being a bit too soft for our taste, the temp at night never felt like 70 (even with ceiling fans and the oscillating stand fans provided in each room on high), and not being able to come home with clean clothes bc the compact washer and dryer had super long cycles for really small loads. Overall, we were very happy with the layout, the cleanliness, and location. The positives def outweighed the negatives, but beds and comfy sleep temp are super important to many travelers.

Everything was okay but no cleaning supplies had 1 bottle but was empty no toilet brush most places we have stayed have plenty of cleaning supplies, towels, laundry detergents etc. No salt and pepper for the kitchen. We like to leave everything clean like nobody stayed there.
