Enjoy first-floor living with this large, open floor plan, fully remodeled Victorian home. Relax in style with the thoughtfully designed interiors. The fully stocked, spacious kitchen has a large island for gathering around meals. The living and dining rooms provide ample seating. New memory foam mattresses, ROKU TVs, a beautiful coffee bar, puzzles, games, and toys provide entertainment. The property is centrally located in the heart of Xenia near the Air Force Museum, Yellow Springs, and the Bike Trail.
This is an authentic 1900 Victorian in Xenia's historic district, renovated from the studs out with new mechanicals, updated kitchen and baths, and modern comfort throughout. It still has the gentle character of a century-old home—slightly sloping floors, original woodwork—and it sits on a street of grand old houses, which is part of what makes the neighborhood special.
Our beautiful home offers an open floor plan for the living room, dining room, and kitchen. The three main bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and laundry are all on the first floor. Plenty of closets and a mud room provide ample storage and organization options. The kitchen has plenty of cooking utensils, pots, pans, and bakeware. The coffee bar has Pike Place Roast and Bullet Coffee Decaf, multiple creamer options, and sugar.
The house is located in the heart of historical Xenia, within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The home is 10 minutes from Yellow Springs and 15 minutes from Dayton. The Air Force Museum is just a quick drive away. We are right on the bike trail, and you can store your bikes securely in our one-car garage.
The master bedroom has a large king bed, a private bathroom, a walk-in closet, Roku TV, a dedicated workspace, and luggage racks.
The second master has a large king bed and luggage racks.
The third bedroom offers a queen bed and luggage racks.
The second floor offers two bedrooms with two twin beds in each room. This is the perfect space to relax away from it all or create a dedicated play area for the kids. Toys, games, puzzles, and a game table are provided for hours of family entertainment.

Thanks for a great stay! The house was very clean, and you can tell it has been recently updated/renovated in every area of the house. It was a very comfortable stay and I'd highly recommend!

We rented this beautiful house for a few days while in town for our son’s wedding. Everything is as pictured. We were so grateful for the provided amenities like trash bags, coffee, toilet paper and trash bags. This made our short stay so convenient. As the parents of the groom, we had our sons and 3 college friends and the house easily accommodated everyone comfortably. I won’t hesitate to rebook when in the area again.

Oh my goodness what a beautiful getaway! It was the perfect place for a (book club) getaway. Very easy to get to and close to Yellow Springs, (which is why we chose this location.) The photos so not lie. Each room is more beautiful than the next. The decorating of this house is just charming… And I loved seeing the details of this house (like the original stairwell.) Like any older house it's not perfect but it seems like our host Rebekah was really trying to make sure that everything is as comfortable as possible. We had a ball! We had some issues with and a snowstorm prevented one of our group from getting their car out. Rebekah was very accommodating and has given us some time to get the car moved. She could not have been kinder or more accomodating. Super responsive! We hope to return :)
