This newly renovated home is nestled in the middle of a unique community filled with local businesses, creative spaces and exciting events.

Super nice home for a small group. Host was Extremely friendly and professional. The amount of shops and restaurants near by exceeded the advertisement. I would strongly recommend to anyone looking to explore downtown Wilmington.

Heather and Rhonda were outstanding hosts. We stayed for a month while my daughter recovered from surgery, and this cottage was exactly what we needed. Everything was modern, clean, and well maintained. The place is adorable, cozy & comfortable, with thoughtful touches like board games that made it feel welcoming and easy to settle into. The location in the Cargo District is great- quiet, convenient, and close to so many unique things to do. Communication was stellar from start to finish. They were responsive, kind, and genuinely cared about our experience and even asked about my daughters recovery. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

This is a hidden gem! The house is adorable and convenient to major attractions. There are lots of amenities on the property to use & enjoy. There is even a container village with lots of restaurants across the street. I was concerned there would be a lot of noise, but the majority of the businesses closed around 9 pm. We had no problems and thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
