The 120 m² penthouse apartment, with its large rooftop terrace offering a magnificent view of the sea (visible from all windows) and the nature reserve in the distance, is an ideal home.
The apartment has two levels, a 30 m² rooftop terrace, and unobstructed ocean views from all windows (except the bathroom). The rooftop terrace and the apartment offer a view of
, with no surrounding houses visible.
The apartment is luxuriously appointed with 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms, one in each.
All bedrooms have their own individually controlled air conditioning, heating, and a washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, 4-burner stove, range hood, convection oven, and grill.
There is a lockable wooden shed for your bicycles or other equipment.
The beach is accessible on foot or by bike along a dirt path 400 meters
away.
Peroj and the fishing village of Fazana offer shops and restaurants
nearby.
About 8 km away is Pula, which, as Istria’s largest city, has many
attractions and other activities.

Three of us stayed in Cord's apartment for a week in Peroj. The apartment was in a wonderful location, not only for the view but also for the perfect central hub to see all in the Istrian peninsula that we wanted to see. Having the washer in the unit was a much appreciated amenity along with a well appointed kitchen. We enjoyed our stay immensely and look forward to visiting the area again in the future, hopefully in the summer. Thank you/danke Cord!

the appartnent has an amazing see view. The equipment is very good with two modern bathrooms. In the kitchen there is a dishwasher and oven which is not self-evident.
The beach is accessible via a footpath. The manager was very friendly and speaks English very well. I can recommend the appartnent.
