Excellent house. Great communication with host.

Clean home, great pool, kitchen with all amenities

Our stay was great. The house had everything we needed and some! We appreciated all the pool accessories available for us to use.. volleyball and basketball pool tournaments was our families fav! Host response was quick and pleasant! The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. We will definitely be coming back! Strongly recommend.

The house was descent, though a little outdated. It did not feel welcoming because it smelled old. I hesitated to sit on the sofas, they just looked old and though, they weren't stained/ dirty, they just didn't look all that clean to sit on. Also, before we showered for the first time, we saw a wet washcloth hung in the bath tub and small soap bars in both bathrooms..which makes me think that the bathrooms weren't cleaned out/disinfected after the last customer's stay, this made me very uncomfortable. This kind of ruined the stay for us because my thought was, if the bathroom wasn't disinfected, were the linens clean to sleep on? Another huge thing that did it for us was the neighbor in the back of the house: our first night there my two teenagers got in the swimming pool and they heard a man's voice coming out from the dark saying "hey, hey, hey guys" this scared the crap out of them that one of them actually screamed out loud..they finally saw a male who told them to keep it down because his wife was sleeping. The following day in the late morning he saw us out there and never apologized for scaring my girls. We were in the pool playing music (not loud of course, considering the incident from last night) and next thing you know he opens his back house windows and blasts his rock music as loud as he could, this happened multiple times during the day. He made us feel unsafe. Pros: nice pool, house has everything that you need, Publix is 5 min. away, Siesta Beach 10 min away
