Newly renovated 112 year old historic home located in desirable Shaw neighborhood. Within minutes of Missouri Botanical Garden, Tower Grove Park and Forest Park, Wild Carrot banquet hall, Busch Stadium, Enterprise Center, SLU, Union Station, and several great local restaurants. Home is located on a quiet one way street with gated driveway/backyard parking. Kitchen is fully stocked with all necessary dining and cooking utensils. Plenty of soft fluffy bath towels.
