Welcome to COEUR RIVIERA, an attractive apartment ideally located in the heart of Nice, just a 3-minute walk from the famous Promenade des Anglais. Take advantage of this privileged location to discover all the excitement and charm of Nice life.
This modern, well-appointed cocoon offers all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay. The air-conditioned living room features an elegant lounge area, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area. The bedroom has a queen-size bed. The bathroom includes a shower, toilet and washing machine/dryer.
Located on the 1st floor of a building with elevator, the apartment also benefits from high-speed Wi-Fi access.
Heating: Heating is collective and managed by the building. Start-up is scheduled for mid-November to mid-December. Shutdown is scheduled for mid-April. Start-up and shut-down dates depend on the local climate and the building manager.

the apartment was clean and is well located, close to Nice center. So is quite easy going everywhere by foot.
There wasn't toilet paper available in the apartment
The bed is very noisy, every movement you do while sleeping you will wake-up.
