Property was not clean when arived. both bath linens an bed clothes left in pile and unit uncleaned when reported on messege on vrbo cleaning staff showed up very quickly and cleaned unit while we moved in. some compensation would be appreciated in terms of refund of price. knowing ahead of time distane from Gatlinburg and how prevelant bear are in parking area would also be appreciated ahead of renting property.

We enjoyed our stay in gatlinburg! The condo was a perfect value for the weekend and offered all we needed to provide our family with healthy meals while being away from home! The road up was absolutely beautiful and seeing the bears on the drive and at the complex was very cool! Misty was a great host, she checked in on us, very responsive when i had a question and was overall kind and helpful! Also the bed was very comfortable ! You won’t be disappointed with the condo and all there is to see!
