The location was good and the property was comfortable.
The absence of elevator made it difficult to lift the luggage to the property. The bedrooms were equipped with just one AC and it was difficult to cool the area well.

Very good location in an area full of cafes, restaurants, and all sorts of local businesses, also a few steps from the subway and a 10-minute walk to the Sants train station, making it very easy to reach the city center, Sagrada Familia, Montjuic and other city landmarks. The apartment is comfortable, very well-equipped and can easily accommodate up to 4 people comfortably.

Good location with access to good shops, restaurants , and the metro. We particularly liked the Carrefour Bio (just a few yards away).
Internet was good.
Washing machine with laundry pods for the machine.
Poinsettia was lovely
Many thanks for the coffee, teas and kit to support us.
Heating wasn't good for a mid-winter stay. Couple of electric heaters provided (not enough for the size of the apartment). No towel rail which led to wet towels; and no clothes rack for damp washing in mid-winter.
Other than the bathroom nowhere to hang coats (again coats important for mid-winter).
Hoomvip app wasn't good: both for the pre-registration and also not great for access to the apartment.
