WE ARE LOCATED RIGHT ON ISLA VERDE BEACH WHERE YOU CAN RENT JET SKIS, PARASAILING, BANANA BOATS ETC.
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING. A FEE OF $200 WILL BE CHARGED TO REMOVE ODOR. THIS IS A PRIVATE RENTAL WITH A RESERVED PARKING SPACE IN A HOTEL SETTING
THIS STUDIO IS RENTED FOR TWO PERSONS ONLY.
NO PETS ALLOWED. EXTRA CHARGE OF $225 FOR DOGS OR ANY ANIMAL TO PROPERLY CLEAN THE AREA.

Recently remodeled studio with one King bed and two recliners. Equipped kitchen, high-speed Internet, cable 55' Smart TV wall-mounted, large balcony, AC and a Reserved Parking Space in the underground garage. Located on the beach at the ESJ Towers just 5 minutes from the International Airport and next door to the resort hotels the Royal Sonesta San Juan Hotel and the Fairmont Hotel San Juan. We provide linen and towels. Please note that there is no daily room service during your rental as this is a Private Owner rental.
Within a short walk to Chili's, Pizza Hut, Church's Chicken, Burger King, Subway, Cold Stone Creamery, Taco Bell, Wendy's, CVS, Pueblo Supermarket open 24 hrs., El Metropol and Mi Casita Restaurant serving favorite Puerto Rican delights. Great for a romantic vacation in tropical, sunny Puerto Rico. Comfortable for only two persons. Non-smoking persons only, no pets. PS. Spectacular beachfront view - the best on the Island! The condo is located right on the beach where you can rent water sports such as ski jets, and parasailing.

AMAZING! The location of this place is definitely God‘s choice! There was so many things within walking distance it was crazy. Even if you wanted to rent a car to drive somewhere enjoy some other part of the area. There’s an enterprise right outside the gate. Isabel is a super Duper host, she response almost immediately, the check-in process was the smoothest. The beach access was amazing and then you can even go next-door to enjoy the pool and the pool resort type environment. Period the jet skis on the water was superb. I would most definitely get this condo again. Isabel’s recommendation for spot on, I was introduced to some wonderful cuisine. Thank you so much Isabel and I look forward to coming back to Puerto Rico.!

The view amazing!! Isabel responded any questions I had in a timely manner, the apartment was clean and all instructions/rules very clear. I will definitely recommend this place to stay!!! Thank you

The view was absolutely beautiful. We rented a car and the car spot was perfect and easy to get to. We also did some walking around which was also easy. I did not go to the beach but that looked pretty easy to get to also. It was located on the top floor for the spectacular views. The place was super clean. There were complaints about the AC unit outside. I just moved my seat away from it. I'd rather have that little bit of heat then no AC. Owner was fast at getting back to me any questions/comments I had also. We would definitely stay here again if we went back.

The view was so beautiful, but we couldn't seat outside on the deck because the AC unit was on the deck and it was blowing so much hot air on the deck and on us that we couldn't seat outside to enjoy the view. The room couldn't get cool enough because of so much heat that came through the sliding glass doors even with the doors close and having the curtains close the room was not very cool.
