21 of my family members meant for my mother‘s 80th birthday reunion and stayed for a week over the Fourth of July. The beach is so impressive as is the ocean itself with waves that are perfect for boogie boards and body surfing. All the rooms have an ocean view. The management is very helpful and the pool is nice too. Security over the holiday was great and it was not overcrowded or stressful great power too.

This was our first time in 401, and it was great. To wake up to the sunrise out our master bedroom window and to see the beach RIGHT THERE off our deck and dinning room window was worth the price.
