PROPERTY AMENITIES
Elevator (W 38" D 34" H 81" Entry 30") from Ground to 1st Floor, Internet, Televisions, Heat & Central A/C, Ceiling Fans, Washer & Dryer, Range & Oven, Microwave, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Basic Kitchen Amenities. All bedding will have a mattress cover, pillows and comforter or bedspread. We also provide a small bar of soap at each sink, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a trash bag in each trashcan. Guests should be prepared to provide any of these items as needed beyond what we supply. Guests are also responsible for providing detergents, spices, salt & pepper, sugar, etc., as needed.
*The linen package includes sheets for all beds, 2 bath towels and wash cloths per how many the property sleeps, a kitchen towel, and a dish cloth. The linen delivery service does not include bed makes. If you do not need the linen package, please decline the service on your Rental Agreement which you will receive after booking. If declined, the linen service charge will be deducted from your second payment.
Please note that e-checks and credit cards are accepted forms of payment. Once you book your reservation, you will receive an email that will link you to a pre-check-in wizard where you can select your form of payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and E-Checks. A 3% service fee applies to all credit card payments, and E-Checks are not accepted within 14 days of arrival. The name on the payment method must match the name on the reservation. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a pre-check-in email where you can securely select your preferred payment option. Please note that we do not accept Apple Pay, Cash App, Venmo, Affirm, PayPal, or Klarna.

The house itself was absolutely beautiful, although there was a lot of water damage in the ceilings, the house had everything we needed except for an ice cream scoop, which I purchased and left. I did have a very hard time contacting and getting ahold of people when I needed it. I was never texted an access code for the keypad. When we first got there, I had to ask, we were never told the Wi-Fi. I had to ask and the hose was broken in our backyard, that kept flooding out. So I had to find a way to call But they did come and replace communication is the only thing I would complain about. The location was perfect to house was beautiful

great house. everyone loved having their own bedroom and bath. the pool was a big hit at night with the kids.
